Positive, We had a spacious room during our 3-night stay, and the staff was super helpful. The lagoon views were fine, and we enjoyed breakfast most mornings. The location was central and made it easy to explore the area. The garden was also a nice touch. 🌿

The lagoon views from the terraces create a tranquil atmosphere. The property’s unique bungalows offer an immersive nature experience, feeling like a step into the wild without sacrificing comfort.

The bathrooms showed signs of wear, with toilets that functioned poorly, requiring guest intervention for fixes. Wi-Fi barely worked in the rooms, and some lacked proper sealing, letting in bugs. The terraces were shared, which impacted privacy during our stay. Hot water took around 5-7 minutes to reach, a frustrating inconvenience too.

Beautiful property right by the lagoon with a private pier that feels magical. The sunsets and sunrises here are breathtaking. Waking up in a bungalow surrounded by nature made it feel like camping, but much more comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and delicious, with options that were different every day. A great plus is that boat tours pick you up directly from the hotel's pier, which is lovely, complete with a swing that juts out over the water. The bungalow was genuinely immersed in nature, so be ready for bugs and the sounds of wildlife all night. The staff were welcoming and eager to help, but I struggled with the internet connection, which was weak in the bungalow. Basic bathroom and shower, but everything was clean. There was a TV, but we didn’t use it because we were mesmerized by the surroundings. However, there were some issues, our room had some wear and could use some maintenance. The staff sometimes seemed a bit disconnected. check-in was a little abrupt, and there was a sense of upselling during breakfast. Also, friendlier communication would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, I was enchanted by the setting but felt the attention to detail could use improvement.

The hotel's location is splendid, just steps from the lagoon. The private pier is an excellent spot for relaxation, and the views are simply breathtaking. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some maintenance, especially regarding noise isolation.

Great beach access and nice outdoor pool. No pets allowed was a letdown.
